The bill
(Reg. No. 2371) was elaborated in order to improve legislative support of activity
of village, township and city councils executive authorities, as well as to
clarify their powers in the sphere of housing and communal services.
It was also noted that in their conclusions the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat and the Ministry of Justice made several remarks to the provisions of the bill. However, the people’s deputies consider that they do not refer to the contradiction of the bill’s provisions to the Constitution of Ukraine.
